I would add $25M CDN to the cap or $1'ish per share.  In the past Jeff has mentioned that he would rather build Montalva than sue the government for $191M USD in damages for is the NPV for the project. I would strongly disagree with that note! If GRB was offered 10% of that amount or $19.1M USD ($1.2'ish CDN per share FD) by the gov to walk away from the project or sell the approval, I would be yelling at Jeff the CEO for declining the offer as the shares sit at $0.87. Take the money and dividend out to the shareholders if that were to ever happen!!

The project costs will have decreased since the court ruling, possibly raising the current NPV, but any corp that builds takes on all the risk. The present value for someone to buy the approval to build has to be worth $1, max $1.50 per share.

....approvals to build things are not worth hundreds of millions unless you're a weed company (in this decade only)....coincidentally they are trying for weed licenses as well.

In 2019 I would like Jeff to pitch realistic projections! We don't need GRB to be $10 this year on overstated hype that people do not believe. Nobody believes it, hence $0.87. Wouldn't $2.50/share be nice on earned results? Let's earn it and celebrate it.

Bring value to the shareholders Jeff!
