oh and they did offer you a tangible dollar amount.....0.83 % of their shares....thats now worth $2.77 

so stop pretending you are not accepting this offer...be a good boy and put a big x on yes ok lol


just a questions to others....if larry curly or moe here...or worse all 3 of them decide to be lazy and not send their votes in.... is it 2/3 of all voted shares or do we need 2/3 of ALL shares?
