Financing is needed before regulatory approval. This is what we are all waiting for. If another $40m isn't secured in the next two months I'd say that's it. This is the gamble. This is also why stock price is low. Financing will come with stock dilution and at a much lower price than current SP. Dyodd. GLTA.
