I hope Insiders are not selling now

I hope Insiders are not selling now (1) I do not know where to look for latest information. May be some poster can help me out. If Insiders are not selling, that will be vpositive news for earnings (before Q2, there was significant selling).

(2) Why premarket is so down now, any clue ?    Thanks.
