NexOptic Proposes Warrant Extension NexOptic proposes to extend the expiry date of outstanding share purchase warrants that were issued pursuant to a private placement completed on August 23, 2017. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $1.50 per share for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance expiring on February 23, 2019. Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, the expiration of these warrants will be extended to February 23, 2020. All other terms of the warrants will remain the same. |
