Not sure if this is accurate or not but I seem to remember from an old cc, that as a result of the relationship with Qualcomm, that ITC would end up picking up the pieces of business that were too small for Qualcomm to bother with - and that top end of those (in size) would be quite significant for a microcap like ITC? Might well be wrong. Anyone else remember?
