great news!hello,

what a great day for long shareholders of GRB.

we are talking again with PREPA after 5 years of lawsuits-disagreements-non communication.
there are new people at the top of PREPA and they realise they have to get an agreement asap with GRB so they can avoid that lawsuit.

Now that we have congressmembers supporting our project  Prepa knows they have to act now otherwise congressmembers (from PR) will react.
i'm very happy that this news is out and i believe we can see an agreement still in Q1.
we have the permits/financing/support congress and now PREPA that is willing to cooperate..
Prepa will know this is there last chance otherwise lawsuit is inevitable..

project will get built and start building will be in 2019..(i know we get 30% tax gain if we start building before end 2019)

and the laughable post from someone saying this is worth 1$cad..i won't even respond on that.
if you truly believe this and walk away please..you are not a serious investor but a joke.

and don't forget one thing:nobody from the bigger investors (300k-500k-1million-2million) are walking away..they know what's in the pipeline .

forget those daily fluctuations with 50k shares traded in 1 day..those are daytraders and those 50k (mostly 25k) are from the same people over and over again to make pennies..

those big guys are waiting till parts of the copmany like Montalva-Realblok-housing project are getting bought seperately and then cash big in (and it won't be at 5$cad in total.)

Montalva is our biggest asset for the moment but realblock could become big..we are making money now and every week we have negociating deals with potential customers..i guess one of the coming weeks new clients will be announced...

housing project is on track..i don't know why some people are concerned here..this project will start building houses soon and 2020 we will have first net profit on this...

GRB future looks bright and Jeff is doing great job..

if you don't think GRB will be at 3-5$cad next year sell and don't look back..lot's of other opportunities out there..
