sam for governments and citysfriwll i disagree with you about sam and governments and citys. sam is a method to alert people about a emergency situation and to give instructions on what to do. it helps to mitigate loss or life not prevent all loss. i do agree anyone looking at any alarm system including sam will want to discuss liability issues. but it seems to me that isign and thimming have been talking to insurnace companys and agent about this. think it was on isigns website
