RE:RE:RE:I think at 71 cents it is still a bargain

RE:RE:RE:I think at 71 cents it is still a bargainI'm playing this with some gains I made on another (non-cannibas) play. I'm relatively new to this sector and haven't done the depth of research as some have here. I wanted some exposure to the sector now that the hype of legalization is behind us. I chose this one based on the team and their niche target market.

Having said all that, I do have one question to pose to the board regarding the outdoor grow. I've been reading how NRTH has a big competitive advantage in regards to their lower price per gram due to having a large outdoor farm. Couldn't any of these players with deeper pockets do the same and just buy up even more tracks of land than NRTH? What's stopping the competition in getting their cost/gr down also?

Look at their guidance  and compare to 48 Nrth.....
Currently it is 40 but this is excluding the harvest of September 2019....

Based on its current production capacity of 100,000 kg / annum and the Company's cultivation and harvest schedules, Aurora expects its production available for sale will be approximately 25,000 kg equivalent of cannabis in the Company's Q4 2019, the period ending June 30, 2019, with continued production volume increases in subsequent quarters.

Imagine if 48 North was valued with the same multiple today .....
If it was valued like Aurora now....
The forecast is very conservative . Once it have  an EPS of 35 cents  the stock shoup uld be at a minum  of $3  sooen and could go up at  $10.71 with current plans.... Imagine if they buy another 200 acres .... They would ou growht ACB.....

Imagine if the market would realise the flexibility of 48 Nrth to turn around vs ACB with all the big infrasctruture and quality issues......
