Strange day for sure.  BIG discrepancy between The over the counter exchange in the US and Toronto.  US had KL DOWN today one penny.  Stockhouse and the toronto exchange has KL UP 22 cents.  That's a .6 percent difference when adjusted!!!!  (and the currencies are only Changed by .05%!)

Anyone with an explaination?
