RE:CricketsMost of us are sortof winded after the Lorraine kick to the crackers. Who knows what the punters at Lorraine are going to do when they get their hands on the 39,594,960 shares at .24 and to add to that we aren't drilling for another 3 months give or take. I guess if the stock tanks to .24 or there abouts we can be reasonably sure it's hit bottom.
Not quite sure why we did this deal, although as I pointed out it isn't particulary dilutive it still takes a large control block and scatters it to the wind. Had we left the deal as it was Management may have been able to place the Lorraine block in pieces over time whenever or if  Lorraine needed some cash.
But maybe we are getting some additional assets of Lorraines through this merger that will make this worthwhile in the longer term but in the short term we might have a bit more pain.
