CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Mind you if they were to get up to 500 mil outstanding shares by the time phase 3 rolls around I wouldn’t necessarily say that that would be too many shares outstanding because they if they are successful in getting FDA approval for the treatment and prevention of GVHD, even at the share count this would be close if not over $1.00
