Focus Graphite Inc. is a Canada-based advanced exploration company, which is focused on developing high grade flake graphite deposits to supply battery grade graphite. The Company's projects include Lac Knife and Lac Tetepisca. Its flagship Lac Knife Project is a 100% owned, high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, about 27 kilometers (kms) south of Fermont. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another AGM WhopperI’ve really tried giving management the benefit of the doubt...heck I have coworkers stuck at .50 cents and coworkers who made lots of cash back in the dollar land days and i mean lots...

But when you have watched, witnessed, and endured dilution at its best, I just can’t trust that management has our best interests anymore and what the SP is at now Im definitely not the only one that sees/thinks it.

What do you want Shareholders to do? There is absolutely no guidance from this management team. It is evident that these guys don’t know what to do at this point because if they did they would be telling their shareholders.
