Why I think this stock is going to Launch Good Evening
I was trying to wrap my head around the revenue stream so I did my home work because in my last blog I mention the stock was going to launch and be between $12 and $16 dollares I figured out the quick math on Price pre pound and grams. My spread sheet is huge but I think I have it
PHASE 1
Las Vegas First 10,000 square foot facility
If they have 4 grow rooms in each building the total grow rooms are 8
If they have 21 lights in each room they should fingers crossed get 3 pounds a light if thye are using Givata lights. In this sort of set up thye should have 4 crops come off a year. I am not sure the price per pound of product so letss use $2500 us per pound
3 pounds X21 lights = 63 pounds per room X 8 rooms ==504 pounds a crop x 4 times a year = 2016 pounds a year x the market price of $2500 per pond = $5,040,000.00 Revenue with about 6 employees pretty good
PHASE-2 65,000 sqfeet
I will just apply quick math and say this is 6 x the size of pase one
I am only doing revenue $5,040,000.00 x 6 =$30,240,000 plus phase one $5,040,000.00
Now your at $35,240,000.00 with the first two phases
PHASE-3 235,000 sq feet
now you have to break this out in rounded math you have 23 x the first phase of 10,000 sqfeet
23 x $5,040,000== 115,920,000 plus $35,240,000.==== $151,160,000.
That is just revenue no expenses I totaly understand why they built out a smaller facility first it will cash flow the rest of the expansion. not to mention the value of money this currency is in us dollars we have to add at least 30% up lift $196,504,000
This senario is just quick math with no cost removed assuming everything is perfect which it could possibly be with the prepiorty technology they are planning on using within every facility
to monitor the health of the plant.
Not to sound to specalitive this is only Las vegas they have
100,000. square foot facility under construction and todays announcment takes it over the top with another 486,000 sq feet in BC I can see LIHTs revenues exceeding $500 million a year
all of the information is out there I had to go on a few different sights to capture the information
At .30 cents a share this stock is an amazing buy. Now you can see why size matters lol.
If you read the news in the canabis industery lately the big sharks are gobbling up everything any way they can if you applied the 41.2 multiple price to sales ration to LIHT like they just did with Aphria Liht would be a value buy for them at $12.36 per share.
The reason I think $16 per share is more realistic is because of the technology LIHT has secured to almost guarantee the highest quality control and reduce risk at the same timeof each crop. They have the S5 Agro Technology Suite (the “S5-ATS”) and Agrowavetech is an acoustic based technology all of this information is on LIHTs web site.
