Results - First Glance

Results - First GlanceResults look solid but I can only see the press release.....no s/h letter, no supplemental yet.

Substantial issuer bid at prices between US$19-21 per share.....total $500M.  This is what I have been talking about in all my posts.....finally BPY is putting their money right behind their mouth. Nice to see it confirmed that BPY repurchased 4 million shares in the quarter at a price of US$17 per share.

I also find it interesting that most of the investment activity is taking place in the LP investments and this new $15B fund that BAM created, BAM is committing substantially more to the fund than BPY....perhaps it has been recognized that it is time to settle things down for BPY and get back to the basics!  I hope this is the case.

Things are looking up!  Staying long!
