Great response from Auxly!Quick, efficient, detailed and fact based. 
I happen to think its good for them to get away from FSD. They have proven to be a train wreck and the money earmarked for them is way better off spent elsewhere. Better to take a bit of a haircut now than have the whole thing go totally south in the future.
