Well given KAT's history and the utter sh*t show that was 2018 I can't blame investors for wanting the revenue to be realised and reported in an audited financial release before making a judgment call on the stock.  The DRC is way too uncertain a jurisdiction to  just "assume" all will be fine and that they will be able to unload circa 30kt of Cobalt (a good slug of the entire worlds production) in a years time with no issues or punitive cash grabs from the government.
