we have to wait for the new F´feasibility study with lower Capex ...   Sandspring has a deal with Wheaton metals worth appr. 130 million USD ... the balance of the Capex is managable ...   the AISC are near 800 USD/oz ..so there is no need for a higher POG ...  

...this scenario is with GCM as a project partner ...  3-4 years down the road they will have earned enoughmoney to co-finance this (maybe 50:50 or they will take over Sandspring in full...  we will see)...
..so financing is not the biggest issue here..my problem are the skills of manegement..they are axplorers and the need more mining expertise in management...  but this has time... it will take 3-4 years down the roud until a constunction decision...
