what's going with weed stocks?

what's going with weed stocks?Hi,
Was hoping somone give me a brief summary of what sparked these great moves on weeds stocks in the last month, particularly WEED and ACB.

I bought them last year and got midly depressed when ACB went from 14ish down to 6 ish and so I just ignored them.  Now that they are alive again would love to know what's happening :)
