The fund is an actively managed exchangetraded fund ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the marijuana and hemp business and in derivatives or other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It is nondiversified. It's the only argument you need to short. Gaps like this one ALWAYS Get filled. Once the gap is filled I'll cover my short and move on. I dont know 1 thing about this stock except that it tripled with a gap up on the most unfundemental news possible. So I took the opportunity to make easy money. So far its working . In this case the shorts are right. Dont worry once we've had our way with this stock you guys can have it back.maybe it will go up again one day
