RE:RE:RE:Recap...It's not uncommon no. Big players don't want to own the risk of a failure, they can pounce on a smaller project when it's been derisked.
Then they'll pay-off the high interest debt and refinance along the lines of their better company credit rating.
It's a lower cost of capital on a risk adjusted basis.
