Conference Call Transcript

Conference Call TranscriptJust read the transcript......quick comments are that the call was much more concise and focused than the all over the place call back in November.  Boring is good!

The call was opened by their IR person saying the details around the SIB would be available in a week....this tells me this was perhaps a last minute scuffle at the Board level...apparently BPY commitment for the BSREPIII had been previously discussed to be well over $2B that was scaled back to $1B recently.  Hmmm.

Nonetheless, there seems to be an intense and renewed focus on catering to the loyal BPY unitholder.....thank you finally!
