RE:RE:Potential for competing bidsThe potential for competing bids is stong IMO. Yet, I took the opportunity yesterday to sell half my position. I have been holding shares for many years and started buying around 3.50 to 4 bucks so I am happy with my return, The other half will wait it out to the bitter end in case there is a competing offer. I would be content with $8.5 - $9 per share.

NRG, like Vistra, is a US company with a market cap of around $12 billion. Both of these companies could easily swallow KWH, and both could afford to pay more.
