HIP IR Response Regarding Phase 1 Construction and NRs

Ok, nothing new this morning, still waiting on a response back from my last email but thought I would just share the response I got back yesterday.  I have already replied to this and pointed out the milestones alluded to on the website and that investors had a reasonable expectation that a NR should be issued due to these milestones being stated.

Phase 1 of Niagara construction is complete and in production. We're in the process of adding plants each week and this is ongoing. There are many variables that go into measuring production, and it gets difficult when you’re trying to scale quick, so we're working hard to collect accurate information. For us, a newsworthy update would provide a little more insight to the operational progress now that we're selling, not just stating that we hit a construction milestone. We're also compiling year end financial results. To that end, we hope to be a able to provide investors with a thoughtful update in due course that reflects the progress in the business, and we believe long-term value will be created as we demonstrate progress to the market measured over months and quarters.
