RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good news- SNN@Benedictus- good post, better balance and seeing the trees through the forest is key here at this stage of development. For many long term investors, it is hard not to focus on what matters going forward due to the delays and SP compression. What is important right now for long term longevity and short term (6-12 month) SP growth is solely the near term revenue growth from the extraction facility and execution on the impending brand rollout and completion of the cultivation facility.
The Canadian development, although a disappoinment to date, is not a factor until at least mid 2020. Whether it is an asset sale, modular build for near term sustainability or a follow on development to address the short supply of cGMP produced cannabis for medical and international markets, there is too much focus and distractions right now.
See attached article from NEWCannabisVentures, the is a lot of truth to the fact that markets are not reacting to revenue increases until financial reports are released. Sunniva, by almost any account, stands to become a tier 1 company upon Q1 financial release. Today, the lowest market cap company (OGI) in the tier 1 index is $820 million Cdn. So, even assuning a market pullback of 50%, that would plave the Sunniva market cap at around $400 million come Q1 financial release, which would translate into a $8.00-$10.00 SP after Q1.
Someone plug some holes in this, I cannot. This is all based on existing subsidiaries in production, and totally omits the pending greenhouse completion which should generate some buzz once the plants are rolled. Anyhow, debentures close today, I expect lots of action beginning next week and for the SP to grow into the plus $5.00 range for a new bottom, we shall see.
