RE:Potential for competing bids

RE:Potential for competing bidsWhat is needed is a dissatisfied shareholder(s) to push the cause with yhe company. I was interested in an RFID company that accepted a takeover offer that was significantly low.(can't recall recall yhe name, but i believe the symbol was SI) A group of dissident shareholders went to the companies competitors, one of which put in a bid for the company. In the end, the original suitor was forced to increase their offer and the deal closed....much to my benefit.
