RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Musings on MontalvaI’ll eat my shorts if we don’t see a big breakout on the 6 YEAR DOWNTREND.  disosa said that the Montalva news was the best news in five years.  This is a company that has not earned a nickel in revenues since going public, but has 3 GREAT projects cooking - plus kickerS.   In other words it has a big credibility deficiency with the markets.  But if you’re reading this, this is opportunity.

Look - I’m still very skeptical on RB 60,000 on an exit rate - and it won’t be close unless we land and can start converting a major.  I’ve calmed down because now Jeff is calling it a “target”.  This is an important distinction in my mind than a statement in a presentation - that investors would expect to  to be guidance. The other thing is that I recommended that GRB add Board representation for Real Block and this was graciously accepted for consideration and I appreciated this very much.  

I’m really big on keeping it real.  Let’s under promise and OVER DELIVER!
