I don't think you can look at the last 5 years and say when it drops below 15.5 cents it always runs. It's not that simple. It's dropped below 15.5 a bunch since November and it hasn't run. Also, there is new management who isn't all about just pumping the stock at all costs. It's a different comany from what it was last year
