If they were to release some positive news, and see the stock shoot up to a couple bucks,
I might approach, contemplating the consideration of giving them $.

But we must protect the IP so that this BOD doesn't steal the company from underneath us.

Not going to throw any more good $ chasing the bad $ I've already given them.

Time to show results, news, and stock action.... or forget it. What's lost is lost.
