This is a classical example in switching horses for some excitement. $16M is a small portion of his holding (~10%) of KL, so he has some $0.5B in KL. My guess would be he is going after a potentially faster horse and there is a chance for him to land a multi-bagger, say 5 - 10 bagger, with his new horse, while the trusty old horse could bring him 30%, 50%, or even 100% gain.

If KL decided to go after RNX with some nice premium in an all share exchange ES would get back  a lot more KL shares for a little bit of fancy footworks.

This happening in a matter of a couple of weeks .  Yes he has been buying more RNX since.  Where’s the rest of that money going to end up and why in such a hurry while KL starting on a tear?
