I do believe things are different now:
-  Product:  VP4 is clearly superior to competition, unlike its predecessor (125L) which was a me-too product that was harsher on equipment
-  Management:  yes, same team, but they are now totally accountable for what goes on.  No more hiding behind 3M or Getinge.  With Courage's involvement and a tigher balance sheet, this team would be on monitored very closely by the Board and investors...and the management knows it.
-  Industry tailwinds are more mature now:  AAMI close to drafting something, more real-life use case and proofs of VP4's performance, Olympus maybe turning over a new leaf, etc.

But only time will tell...good luck to you and all the other TSO3 long investors here.
