I had to chime in here. Always a negative spin no matter the news. You make it sound as if you already know that they're not going the bank loan route? Sure, it's good to get in cheaply but this sounds like your first rodeo due to all your emotional posts. Probably not, but it sounds it. The news is great and the product is getting good reviews. The why we're not moving like everyone else comments are tiresome. Have you seen what others had gone through at this stage, pretty much the same growing pains. No one is being swayed by posts, we're all big boys here. You're getting close to the moody, bateman and instabot category of posting - don't go there. Just play the market as you wish and if this goes sub 25 then it'll be a great opp.
