RE:RE:Stock price has moved above offering priceWith the soliciting group encouraging tendering to the offer, the objective obviously was to ensure that the maximum was taken up. The market must be anticipating a bump in the offering price. At $12.54 the maximum seems unlikely. The need for a  soliciting group has been a total mystery to me.
