RE:RE:RE:RE:Company will file annual financials later.Apparently management was more interested in either beating down the stock price so they could issue options at 13 pennies or issuing same beating down the stock price, disgraceful management, penny stock scam. I have not followed in quite some time, sold out the shares I had from the Geodex mess. Maybe a buying opportunity but history makes me dubious.
