Typically no. Management not going to set the precedent of extending warrants for retail investors or else everyone will expect it and demand it every time. Doesn’t happen. Just my thought. For a ‘strategic investor’ there could be more factors, warrant extension could be part of a larger negotiation.

Sorry, I guess my post was unclear. I was fully aware that it was the Taiwanese Investor. Would retail investors have recieved similar accomodations?
