That's what this guy is doing.

This company is on track to grind itself down to the 8-10 cent range, slowly but surely over the next month or so.

And people still think there's going to be some massive "surge" or "upturn" despite the fact there's literally nothing but terrible and negative news, and the license, buildout, and everything else are still half a year or more off.

I would love to live in the fantasy world these people live in. It must be nice being blissfully insane.
