RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The importance of managing expectationsDr Wong - I am referring to the 4 units this company shipped in the last published quarter, which is Q3. I know you will argue about po's or backlog, but the company only shipped and recognized revenue on 4 units in the last published quarter. In Q4 the company received PO's for 21 units, but they will not ship 21 units and anyone assuming they will will be drastically overstating the revenue in the quarter. PO's are leading indicators but this company must get actual units shipped for revenue generation purposes and installed for consumable revenue to pick up.
If the Getinge conctract was properly writtten ts03 wouldn't have had to buy inventory back at 33k per unit, if Getinge was in viloation they would have lost all rights to the economics in the field and TS03 would have recovered those units for $0. So clearly the contract was flawed.
If you do not consider any of the shareholders who sold smart money that is fine, but why has there been no buying from smart money funds or even more dumb money funds? The only buying this stock has had has been the short covering that occured over the last few months of the year.
