Promotion is definitely coming from off shore from what I can tell - calls I am receiving are from +44 country code and are at least showing up as being based out of London. 

The on phone presentation and the corporate presentation on the web site share a great deal of similarities, but the information shared over the phone is admittedly more compelling - but slightly different.

The suggestion on the phone is that they are providing a turnkey e-commerce dispensary platform based on an SaaS platform specifically for the Cannabis industry and that they are designed to be able to go global, eventually at least. The idea being that Bloomkit (the platform) leverages an AI backend to provide e-store and marketing analytics and CannaOne will also source and vert and ultimately provide access to the rather limited number of professional transportation and logistics services able to carry the product, especially over jursidictional boundaries. Additionally, this format allows for retail client anonymity through e-shopping.

I am simplifying to an extent, but this is what I understand the company to be about - if I have it right, and they are able to actually execute the plan I just described, there is a business there for sure.
