Does anyone think that if , as they’ve said, we get confirmation of 2.8 million deposit to start the project this week or next, that the SP will improved? I’m hoping so, but not sure . Not sure who is borrowing the money, (2.8) if it’s the purchaser, then why would they need to finance the initial deposit? And where would the balance be coming from?
