RE:RE:Reuters article - Cobalts price crash bottoming out...Im surprised that the spot price has fallen so far with KAT cobalt still untreated and a process facility to remove contaminates still not built. Makes me wonder if the DRC gov. will move to constrain supply. Realistically if they took an approach like the Saudi's do to oil they could command almost any price they wanted for cobalt.
