and i don't understand why you use the word hype?

-realblock is running (otherwise you should contact Title Security and Landmark Title and ask them)
-Prepa did restart the negociatings(otherwise you should contact Prepa and ask them)
-Sage Ranch is asking for permits(otherwise you should contact the tehachapi council)

so what hype?
