It really is our Government and HC being beaurocrats.
There was more than enough time to do research pre-legalization. They should not have difficulty in sampling and testing of current products. As long as its safe to use recreationally... the market will decide if its a good product or not. 

I've been looking into our TA since the beginning of January, if you zoom out to about 9-10 months... we've been in a tightening pattern. All we need is some solid news, and we're rocketting off this platform to previous highs. ATH are unpredictable, but I wouldn't be opposed to it ;)
