buyout, takeover, merger even.....all I know is if there is a chance that this deal fails (shareholders, regulators, cold feet on buyer's part)....the acquiree's stock will tank to levels below where it was before the deal was announced.....it does and has happened before...
too bad to be losing this vehicle that was really an "american" stock, trading on the TSX...with a good business plan/formula.....I was expecting a better outcome...sigh!
