Strange holding pattern

Im beginning to hate this stock. Gold is getting crushed and OSK is just sitting here . Usually I would short this but I still think someone puts an offer on the table. I am going to be very mad if Im still sitting on the sidelines.. But every time I buy over 3$ we sell off!! arggggggg
