RE:Received an email from the Company a couple Hey Sherm,

I'm usually on side with your two cents but I think you a bit offside here.

A Y/E for a public company is a big deal with lots of additional work to be done. Sure, Barrick did it quickly but I bet they have an entire department dedicated to this stuff. I'm sure most of the work at TMR is being done by Mr Theunissen on his own. It's his first year with the company so he won't be "turning the crank" from last year's report and will have to personally review every paragraph in every document. Furthermore they did a major financing which will whack all of the ratios and tables, etc.

Because of the year that it was with all of the issues & financing I imagine the MD&A will have to be largely rewritten instead of turning the crank with a few updated numbers.

Last year the Q4 & Y/E numbers were published on Feb 22nd.

I know you are in this in a big way and for the long-term, as am I. If we can focus on the medium term (2 to 5 years) then we should have a stock that worth far more than it is trading at today and a prime acquistion target.
