RE:Doesn't make senseYeah, but at least in the case of Invictus they have reported they will UPLIST to NASDAQ - This gives investors much more confidence, as an uplisting has much stricter requirements than trading on venture.

The venture is basically the Canadian pink-sheets, higher risk and less transparency. The whole 2 month delay fiasco with VIVO doesn't pass on any real exchange.  IMO any MJ Co. that isn't uplisting soon  will not be considered for investment by anyone except gamblers and penny stock traders - Which is fine, but keep this in mind before you start throwing your life savings at them.
