RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:City of Tehachapi - Safest City in Kern CountyI’m sure GRb will NR something when it’s passed. Hard to imagine the city being that daft to reject permits.  This would be a reasly big deal for the city to get in all these high wage earners and families and would create new tax revenues and a lot of economic spinoffs for the local businesses. They screw this up and the council will pay for the faux pas.  TC is a safe community without the gang problems.

Road Apples - I think you should wade up on the RB knock.  RB and block chain was announced 15 months ago in their first NR on the subject!?  This is incredible progress.  Do you think this is worth only a $22 m cap?  Seriously.
