RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:City of Tehachapi - Safest City in Kern CountyLongs like myself and 9/10 of the posters on this board don't care about the daily share price fluctuations. We all know the deal with the low volume and the shorts.

Things aside, the sage range deal I feel like is too under the radar and should be near the forefront.. I was personally at the sage ranch site with all parties involved, including our boots on the ground Stuart... what a machine this guy is.. This project has too many positives to overlook. I'm very convinced the defense contractors will lease the 1k homes under long term leases allowing GRB to net approx half a mill per month for +/- 15 years.

Also I agree, as 31f said the city would be daft to reject these permits.... tehach is a growing city in the county, for anyone thats driven through they need more luxury housing and the land we own is literally sandwiched between a middle school, a highschool and the higher end homes in the neighborhood... The fact that JC has pulled this idea out of thin air and into motion in such a small time frame is a marvel at what he can accomplish..

Longs will prevail.
