RE:Poor little Richy Kruger

RE:Poor little Richy KrugerYour belief is Imperial's profitability is of no interest, and is only a vehicle for Exxon's profitability? There is a range where Canadian heavy should trade at relative to WTI. Because of government interference, it has over-corrected and will lead to:

-Rising inventory levels
-Differential widening again
-Layoffs as nobody is drilling (especially on the service side)

IOL invested (as did Husky and Suncor) in risk mitigation, whereas Cenovus put all their eggs in the new pipeline basket.  You can't run to the government everytime your decisions turn out to be wrong. Gov't interference has caused the pipeline debacle, so now the answer is more government interference?
