-Rising inventory levels
-Differential widening again
-Layoffs as nobody is drilling (especially on the service side)
IOL invested (as did Husky and Suncor) in risk mitigation, whereas Cenovus put all their eggs in the new pipeline basket. You can't run to the government everytime your decisions turn out to be wrong. Gov't interference has caused the pipeline debacle, so now the answer is more government interference?
