This am’s NR

This am’s NRSo now we have all 3 of GRBs main projects reporting contract negotiations in their respective latest NRs.  Jeff had suggested at one point to assume the Sage Ranch could be phased in over 3 to 4 years.  After reading this NR, you wonder if it could be a 2 to 3 year development... or 2 year?   I don’t know.  I wanna keep it real but read the NR... you wonder.

Each one of these projects are being derisked with each NR - got to love it.  RoadApples is right on one key point and that is the market is waiting for a NR with clients in it, length of contract and actual $, if possible.   (not including Tommy Sullivan’s firms!).   I didn’t wait and was a buyer today, fwiw.
